Vignettes Wall Art is a Limited Liability Company e-commerce business located in North Fontana, California. We offer a large selection of coordinating wall art, European tapestries and some furniture at competitive prices. No need to spend hours searching for coordinating wall art.

Samples of art and art books/photos will be presented. The $ 40.00 fee will be applied if purchases above $ 175.00 (not including taxes) are made within 14 days of the set appointment.

Ordering

Using our online shopping cart?

Ordering is easy. We have made our shopping cart one of the easiest and extremely user friendly for you to enjoy your wall art shopping experience. As you browse through our catalogue, just add the items that you would like to order. Some items such as mat color and choice of frame require specifications. Once you have finished viewing all the items or want to view the selected items, click ÓView CartÔ. You will then find all the items including the images that you have put into your shopping cart. If you then decide to put something to the rack, simply click ÓDELETEÔ and that item will be taken off your shopping cart. Your shopping cart will hold the items for you for 15 days and will then be deleted.

Once you have finally decided on your purchase, click ÓCheck OutÔ and our system will direct you to the Check Out process for payment either through credit card checkout or printable order form.

NB: We will ship to the address listed on the credit card as maintained with the credit card company. All address will be verified for accuracy. Hence, please provide us your correct phone no and area code and the best time to call you, so that we can contact you in case of any discrepancy.

Ordering by Fax

Once you have finally decided on your purchase, click ÓCheck OutÔ and our system will direct you to the Check Out process for payment either through credit card checkout or printable order form.

If you choose Printable Order Form, you will be given the possibility to print out your order and fax it to us or email it to us through the web site.

Please allow approximately 3-4 weeks delivery since many of Vignettes Wall Art selections may be custom ordered.

What if my order does not reach me?

There could be unforeseen delays in the receipt of your ordered goods. We have a strict monitoring system to track the shipment of your goods. However, if you are concerned in anyway about the delay in receiving your shipment, we would appreciate if you would send us an email at: customerservice@vignetteswallart.com and we will update you on the shipment.

Return Policy

OUR GUARANTEE and WARRANTY INFORMATION

Vignettes Wall Art is custom designed therefore we are unable to refund.

30-DAY REFUND OR REPLACEMENT

Try our products for 14 days from date of receiving your purchase(s). If you are not satisfied, the purchase(s) will be replaced with an item of equal value or you may request a refund of purchase price provided that the item is in the condition when received (less shipping costs-you must pay for shipping). Exceptions to this rule is custom matting, framing and custom furniture are Final Purchase-Sorry no exceptions.

If any item is return to us damaged or in an un-sellable condition, NO REFUND will be given.

Shipping costs to return an item is at your expense. You must properly pack and ship in the same shipping container that you received the item(s) in. You should also have insurance on the package. If your return package is lost or damaged in shipping, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company you choose to use. We are not liable.

Call (909) 574-3736 or e-mail customerservice@vignetteswallart.com for a return authorization number. Credit will not be provided without a return authorization number and merchandise will be returned at your expense.

Defective or Damaged Items

Please contact Vignettes Wall Art at 909-574-3736 Monday through Friday 10am-5pm or via email customerservice@vignetteswallart.com within 5 days of receiving a damaged item. We will then advise you on the steps to correct the situation. All packaging must be kept. Defective items will be replaced if returned within 7 days after notifying Vignettes.

Shipping damage: All packaging must be kept. Email us for further instructions to correct that situation.

Defective items will be replaced if returned within 14 days. Please contact customer service to report defective items via email.

Do not return any item without first contacting Vignettes Wall Art. We will instruct you on where to send items and give you a return merchandise number (RMA #). If you do not contact us within 5 day of receiving the damaged item, Vignettes Wall Art will not be held liable.

In addition, you get the following extended warranty services.

Every product you buy from this site or any of our catalogs must be free of defects or you may return it immediately to Charlotte Home Furnishings Online for replacement.

To return items to Charlotte Home Furnishings Online, we ask that you email us for a return merchandise number (RMA). No returns will be accepted without a RMA number. This will help us better serve you.

Items returned within the 30-day period will receive a full refund provided it is returned in good condition. If any item is return to us damaged or in an un-sellable condition, NO REFUND will be given.

Shipping costs to return an item is at your expense. You should properly pack and ship in the same shipping container that you received the items in. You should also ship using Canada or US Post and have insurance on the package. If your return package is lost or damaged in shipping it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company you chose to use. We are not liable.

Items not returned in good condition WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.

Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Shipping and Packing

Who pays for the shipping??

We provide you with free shipping and handling. However, if you return any items: you pay for the shipping. We can ship by Speed Post at an additional cost. Please contact us prior to returning anything.

NOTE: Goods will be shipped within 7-10 days of receipt of confirmation of order and receipt of payment (whichever is later) for goods in stock. Special orders take between 3-4 weeks.

Tapestry as a Gift

How do I send a gift to my friend?

Tapestries make unique presents! If you wish to send a tapestry as a gift, simply fill out the order form at the end of the shopping cart with the appropriate ship - to address. Generally we include a Ópaid in fullÔ invoice with the amount appearing in the shipping box. If your tapestry is to be a gift, please notify us, and only a packing slip will be included with the shipment. We will mail the paid invoice to you. Please notify us at the time of ordering.
